  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE leasing an apartment through Rose Realty. All they care about is renting out their nasty apartments. At the time, I was expecting my first child and looking for a 1 bedroom apartment. They seemed to be nice people and the 2 minute apartment showing seemed to be just fine. However, the problems begin to arise within the first week of moving in. From not coming to shovel the sidewalks (mind you, I was pregnant) in the winter and having slight maintenance problems that took MONTHS to fix (some issues weren’t even resolved and some things were half done) to having MICE in my apartment, this entire experience was disgusting and they should be more considerate of others and their situations. Most of their buildings are old and not kept up properly. The owners of the buildings Rose Realty are rude and disgusting as well. They have one person to be the maintenance man, exterminator, etc. because they’re so cheap. It’s pathetic. If possible, avoid dealing with Rose and their apartments. Markita
